Bookmarklets
(Bookmark Tools, Favlets, etc)
WTF are bookmarklets, kyle?
All the major browsers like Firefox, Chrome (Brave), and Safari have built-in support for an awesome feature called bookmarklets. These look and function like bookmarks in your browser's bookmark bar or bookmark menu with one exception; instead of linking you to a website, they can run JavaScript on the current web page you've loaded up.
There are a ton of possibilities with bookmarklets!
For example, you could add a user's profile from Instagram into your CRM, grabbing their username, followers, bio, and pretty much anything else on the page. Or, you could search a page for email addresses to speed up sending cold emails.
Below you'll find a collection of bookmarklets that you can add to your browser's bookmarks.
They're super easy to install.
How To Install
Method 1
Just drag (don't click) the button to your bookmarks bar and voila!
Method 2
- Right-click on the button and copy the link
- In your browser, add a bookmark but before saving, paste the link you've just copied into the link area of the bookmark
